Most SLAs allow for some period of downtime

that no downtime is acceptable to your
business. Our wholly owned redundant network
allows us to go all the way and guarantee
that our network will be up and running
all day every day, without a glitch. We're
so confident of keeping our promise that
in the unlikely event of network downtime
occurring, we will credit you the value
of one whole day service for every single
hour your server is without connectivity.

a reboot of your server within a specified
time period, whilst others may even levy
a charge to get your machine restarted.
Our data centre is equipped with electronically
controlled power outlets, meaning that
you can reboot your MRW Consultancy server

Engineer
In the event of a critical problem occurring
with your dedicated server, an engineer
will be working on the problem for you
within five minutes of you notifying it
to us. We will regularly update you as
to the status of the problem and the progress
of the resolution.
Security
Updates
We will monitor Internet security developments
and ensure that we are subscribed to all
notification lists for security updates
relevant to your server. We will respond
to a security threat by applying the relevant
patch to your server or taking mitigating
action.

Hardware Replacement
We guarantee that we will always maintain
a complete server with the same or better
hardware specification as yours, installed,
configured and ready to hand over to you
instantly in the event that your machine
suffers a hardware failure.
Price Freeze
We will not increase the price you pay
throughout the term of your contract,
even if the price to new customers changes.
Bandwidth
Guarantee
Not only will we maintain sufficient uncontended
network bandwidth to service all our customers
at full capacity, we will ensure that
we are still able to do so even if one
of our Internet connections fails.
This SLA applies to dedicated servers only, it
does not apply to shared hosting packages.
