In the event of a critical problem occurring with your dedicated server, an engineer will be working on the problem for you within five minutes of you notifying it to us. We will regularly update you as to the status of the problem and the progress of the resolution.

Security Updates
We will monitor Internet security developments and ensure that we are subscribed to all notification lists for security updates relevant to your server. We will respond to a security threat by applying the relevant patch to your server or taking mitigating action.

Not only will we maintain sufficient uncontended network bandwidth to service all our customers at full capacity, we will ensure that we are still able to do so even if one of our Internet connections fails.
